Tiptoe through the tulips with flower-loving friends when owner and DGC member, Jane Mohit, predicts her blooms will be at peak! Jane will offer tips on conditioning and designing with tulips, and share growing challenges and delights! There will be DOOR prizes and light refreshments.

You will enjoy a morning at Lucky Stars Flowerfarm when owner and Door Garden Club charter member, Jane Mohit, and her husband, Kouros, host the Door Garden Club again May 21, 2024 when Jane is predicting her tulips will be at peak bloom time! She will offer tips on preserving and designing with tulips. You will be able to take your pick of the gorgeous variety of tulips the Mohit's have grown and purchase your own special bouquet. There will be DOOR prizes and light refreshments.
After the Flowerfarm you can choose to join the bunch for lunch at Thyme, a short 10 min. drive away (See the separate event listing for the optional lunch.) After lunch, you can drive 10 min. in a different direction to the (optional) DGC's May meeting and 2nd Annual Conservation program by well-known Door County naturalist, Charlotte Lukes, at The Ridges Sanctuary in Baileys Harbor. (See the separate event listing for the optional Ridges program). If you'd like to attend all three 'events' - Flowerfarm, Lunch, Ridges - you will need to sign up for each of these separately. The Door Garden Club's Charter Members invite you to join them for this season's kick-off that's sure to be a day of fun and inspirational, meeting and greeting flower and garden-loving friends.
